At the beginning of the month I declared May the month of me (completely unaware that it was mental health awareness month probably because for me May has always been melanoma awareness month).

After a month of self reflection and trying to take care of myself...this seems like an appropriate way to wrap it all up.

Went offline for almost 48 hours and it was exactly what I needed.

Life feels hard right now. Lots of challenges, anxiety, stress, and a lot of "idk what to do" but being able to fully discount really helped me start to figure it all out.

I still have no idea what I'm doing, but I know the kind of changes I need to make happen.
