I Went Back To School
This summer I enrolled at Mt. SAC in two different classes. I enrolled, with my husband in an agriculture class, Â Food Production, Land Use, and Politics - A Global Perspective. Having my husband take that class with me was a total lifesaver, but more on that later. I also enrolled in Real Estate Principles, one of the required classes to get your real estate license here in California.

Environmental Documentaries are Making me Cry
Now before I get into this, I just want to say, although I feel things deeply I normally don't show them externally. Friends, family, and memories can make me cry, but very few movies or television shows do. And the ones that can make me tear up normally hit on a very specific feeling or memory that I can relate to. That is why these documentaries caught me off guard and that is why I decided to write this post. I wanted to not only share these awesome documentaries, but explore why they touched me the way they did and see if I can process it and properly verbalize it.

Apple Picking Adventures
Fall is my favorite season, in theory. I love the changing leaves and the chill in the air. There is nothing I enjoy more than wrapping myself up in blanket on cool nights. I think I'm much cuter in sweaters, scarves, tights and boots, than in bikinis, shorts, and tank tops. And, I can start breaking out the eggnog (pumpkin spice can kiss my ass). But, I live in Southern California and that means my fall season is really more of a faux fall season.
